Kuru Summer Camp holidays are all about meeting new people and socializing, trying out many different exiting activities, learning and sharing the summer camp adventure experience. In our camps there are a lot of organized activities, but also plenty of time to just enjoy the summer and explore what our campsite has to offer! There is always flexibility in our program and we plan the activities based on the wishes of our participants.
In our camps we have activities such as:
- Swimming and sauna
- Petting and feeding sheep and bunnies we have on the campsite
- Games, sports, arts and crafts, music, workshops with different themes
- Chilling on a bonfire
- A party on the last night with music, dancing and games
- A trip to Särkänniemi Amusement Park (The transportation and snacks for the day are provided. The ticket to Särkänniemi is not included but can be bought with us to get a reduced group ticket price.)
In our camps we sleep in big tents of 6-8 participants and eat healthy meals 5 times a day. The wellbeing of the children and youth is always our priority and it is taken care by our professional staff members. We try our best to meet special requests, f. e. allergies or special diets or special needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have something on your mind.
